DIALCOM proposes to execute communication campaign with aim to register new partners
Partial goals are as follows:
- Contact the target groups and present the your service and products
- Identify interest and register potential partners
- Update the database for future utilisation (status of communication)
- Sent out requested information by email
Aim of the initial phase is to contact approx. 500 contacts from client´s database.
DIALCOM will do the following:
- Import of the database, cross check of contact information availability.
- Set up of the calling system, communication script
- Selection and trainning of the operators, on the job coaching
- Execution of the calls according to the script and cleint requirements
Continual quality control of interaction, management of operators, reporting
