DialLog voice servers are designed to provide all common voice services used in telephone systems. They are designed for continuous unattended operation. All messages and voice instructions are stored digitally on the internal hard drive. It provides callers with voice guidance and services. Possible services are, for example, voice recording of a call or welcome message for callers, selection of internal numbers to which the caller can join, offer a choice of languages, or just provide voice information. It can also inform callers about the order of waiting for connection and so on.

Voice guidance is designed to answer incoming calls and place callers on the waiting queue as needed (for example, during and after business hours). The spoken message can notify the caller of the welcome and information that the call can be recorded, how many people are waiting in the queue and what the estimated waiting time is. For example, after working hours, the system may offer the caller a message.
